The National Federation of Subpostmasters is a professional non-profit Trade Association representing post office operators.
Around 98% of the post office network is operated by franchisees. Our 8,000 members are predominantly independent small businesses. They operate approximately 9,300 post office branches and employ around 40,000 people across the UK.
Our retail division is specifically there to help members improve their retail offer, increase their revenues and their bottom line. To this end we work with a number of great partners who can add real value to our members retail.
