You might describe Lucy as an accidental artist!
She re-found her love for drawing following a serious brain injury in 2012, which meant she needed to take life a little slower to allow her body and head to recover. A friend suggested she kept a drawing diary to pass the time – it became a fantastic way to practise and develop her style and once finished Lucy found she had created the story of her own recovery.
She works from her kitchen table in Somerset and now has a large (and ever-expanding!) selection of artwork and greetings cards.
