‘Tis the season for giving and spreading cheer, and what better way to do so than taking part in the Cardmitment Challenge!

The Cardmitment Challenge starts on November 1st and spans over 7 days on social media platforms.

We want to encourage everyone to start thinking about Christmas cards, write a few a night and get ready to post early 2nd class.

This initiative provides an opportunity for the entire greeting card industry to connect with their customers and collectively promote the joy of sending cards to a broader audience.

How to make the Gavin & Stacey Pam reel

Day 1 kicks off with the Pam Reel Challenge, where participants are encouraged to craft a humorous reel featuring the voice of Pam from the TV show Gavin & Stacey, advocating for the act of sending cards starting from November 1st. Below, you will find a detailed guide on creating the reel, along with a few examples from GCA members who participated in the challenge last year.

1) Click on the link to connect to the Pam Audio

Be warned you’ll need to write down what she says and learn it off by heart as she speaks quickly

2) Click on Use audio

3) Click on camera

4) Press the big button at the bottom to record (if you’re recording yourself flip the screen using the arrow button on bottom left.)

5) Once finished recording press next

6) You can then either edit or press next

7) Add in a caption and be sure to include that you’re taking advantage of 2nd class 85p post too!

8) Add in hashtags  #cardmitment and #cardsdeliversmiles #pamchristmas24 #gavinandstacey

9) Press tag people and then invite collaborators, search for GCA. 

10) Add your location

 11) Save to drafts ready to share at 7am on Nov 1st.
